It was clean, and the staff was very helpfull.

The room was updated and brand-new, with a balcony, I appreciated it.

Location: the hotel was just off Scottsdale or Phoenix and the 101 and Scottsdale. It also was surprised by nearly everything here. The room was well-appointed with a laptop, goodies plus a very comfortable bed and the location was ideal.

breakfast was the only negative thing during my stay. The hotel only offers a "starbuck style" breakfast, disposable cups, not very tasty; a hotel of this category should have a way better breakfast offer

We had a pleasant stay, especially enjoying the outdoor pool area with the live music and the comfy larger executive king room with a balcony. The relaxation opportunities like lounging by the pool and soaking in the jacuzzi were good. Just a heads up, our room wasn't ready at check-in time, but the staff were super friendly and offered us access to the pool while we waited 🌞

Group friends won't regret this hotel stay

The staff was friendly, especially Juana in housekeeping. She folded my nightgown like it was made of glass. Joey at the bar made sure we was like we were the only ones there, his attention was just great.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but worth every penny.

We visited the Phoenix Zoo and caught a game at the University of Phoenix Stadium. The staff were super friendly, especially Juana from housekeeping. The food at the bistro was surprisingly delicious too!

The only downside was the pool being unavailable , but they offered shuttle rides to another location, a bit inconvenient for us.

I was impressed by the friendly staff who genuinely enhanced my experience, along with how clean and well-kept everything was, making it a pleasant spot for strolling through nearby parks and enjoying the local attractions, especially with Chaparral Park just under 3 km away and the vibrant Entertainment District a little over 3 km down the road that offered a lovely walking environment.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The friendly staff provided a pool access card while we waited for our room, which was a nice touch. The highlight was definitely the breakfast. It was freshly made with menu choices instead of a buffet. Although our room wasn't ready at check-in, I appreciated the prompt service and the simple, yet effective amenities offered.

The location is great, right off the highway. The room was clean and had a modern feel, with a comfortable bed, made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Found a spacious patio outside my room, perfect for those relaxed evenings. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Taylor at the front desk. She answered all my questions and offered a free shuttle service within three miles of the hotel, super convenient. The only drawback was parking for the handicapped. It was tricky to access the ramp, a challenge. The rolling desk chair in the room did not work well for someone with mobility issues. The dining options were limited, and while the food was good, it felt a bit pricey for what it was. I had a pleasant experience but would suggest some adjustments for accessibility and dining variety.

The hotel restaurant served a risotto that could make a grown man weep! Plus, the bartender was super friendly. Shoutout to the spacious patio outside the room for those chill Scottsdale evenings!
